These beautiful versions I feel are better than the album.its worth buying the Barn Demos just to get this song.. The purity of the vouice and guitar are matchless. One of the greatest days of my life was when I saw you on stage in Sheffield UK 20 + years ago. You walked on stage and annouced that the accoustics in the room was so good that you had decided to do an all acoustice set. We were sitting on the front row. Heaven. I still have the signed set list from that day. Thank you for 30 plus years of beautiful music but its funny how my favourites, this and Winding Wheel are relative obscuritues.

Her voice, the incredible band, we are blessed to hear them

This is difficult to write. Such a powerful voice. She seems to have accomplished exactly what she wanted. I discovered her late in life. I saw two concerts, one in October 2023 and another in February 2024. Identical concerts. Mail ins. That is so disappointing.

For most of my life you are with me and I with you and that's how it's supposed to be. So play, create that little bit of magic in the world. I know that nothing is eternal (but I'm not sure :) ). You have to play until the end of the world and one day longer. Greetings from Poland.

Catch them on tour. A ton of US dates are rolling out. I love how they have the shows go on sale day by day instead of the whole tour or half the tour goes on sale the same day. Just scored some amazing seats for a couple shows near me. It sounds weird to say but the Junkies are a live band. As many of you know. And as documented in this video. Their performances wrap you up like a hug. Very powerful, intimate. Don’t miss them if you have the chance. Cheers!
